General flow of claiming payout of CALI (Jibaiseki)

When a perpetrator claims payout of CALI

  1. A perpetrator pays compensation to a victim
  2. The victim gives receipt of the expenses to the perpetrator
  3. The perpetrator claims CALI's payout to an insurance company
  4. The insurance company asks for an investigation on the case to GIROJ
  5. GIROJ investigate the case, make a report and send it to the insurance company
  6. The insurance company pays CALI's premium to the perpetrator 

When a victim claims CALI's compensation

  1. A victim claims CALI's payout to an insurance company
  2. The insurance company asks for an investigation on the case to GIROJ
  3. GIROJ inquires information of the case from the perpetrator
  4. The perpetrator answers for the inquiry
  5. GIROJ send a report to the insurance company
  6. The insurance company pays CALI's premium to the victim
